وافق مجلس إدارة شركة فيدلتي المتحدة للتأمين الإماراتية على تعيين أحمد ناصف – أحمد محمد ناصف لبيب محمد عبد اللطيف – رئيسًا تنفيذيًا للشركة ، بعد موافقة المصرف المركزي الصادرة أول أمس الثلاثاء 2 يوليو 2024.
ويتمتع أحمد ناصف بخبرة كبيرة في صناعة التأمين تمتد لأكثر من عقدين ، تولى خلالها أدوار قيادية في شركات مثل Chubb ، و AXA ، بالإضافة إلى شركة ٌ Liva.
حصل أحمد ناصف علي درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال من جامعة وارويك ، وهو مشارك في معهد تشارترد للتأمين في المملكة المتحدة .
سيركز ناصف في منصبه الجديد كرئيس تنفيذي لشركة فيدلتي للتأمين على قيادة المبادرات الاستراتيجية للشركة ، ويستهدف تعزيز رضاء العملاء وضمان النمو المريح المستدام.

Ahmed Nasef is a seasoned insurance executive with more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry in the region, more than half of which are at leadership and board level roles with international and regional insurers. Ahmed started his career with ACE Egypt (now Chubb) in 2003 in an underwriting role focusing on Property and Casualty lines of business, which later was broadened to include Accident & Health, Marine and Engineering lines. Ahmed was then appointed as Head of Technical and Operations early 2015.
In early 2015, Ahmed joined AXA General Insurance Company – Egypt as the Technical Director where he was responsible for the establishment of the P&C, Motor and Health lines of business including, setting up the technical teams, operations and business development. He was appointed as an Executive Board Member in 2016 and as CEO – P&C. In 2017 Ahmed was then appointed as the Managing Director and CEO of the Company.
Ahmed took on the role of Deputy CEO for the Middle East Region with RSA in 2022, where, as part of his scope, he looked after operations across UAE, Oman, KSA and Bahrain. Post the merger of NLGIC with RSA Middle East, forming Liva Group, Ahmed was appointed by the Group Board as Group Chief Commercial Lines and Reinsurance Officer where, as part of his scope, he was responsible for all Commercial Lines and Reinsurance operations across UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait.
